The location is perfect. We visited Firenze many times and this location was so far the best. Close enough to the train station, so you don't have to drag your suitcases for too long but also close to everything else in the city. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped and refreshed every day The breakfast was just okay. We only had it the first day and then decided to go somewhere else.

We were initially given a terrible room, after complaining one night into our stay we were given the room we actually paid for, i.e a large room with breakfast. after that everything turned out very nicely.

We found the Cerretani team members to be especially helpful and professional at all times, trying to make our stay a positive experience. A huge shout out to the concierge team; Valentina, Stefania and Alberto were so accommodating and assisted us with multiple reservations and various requests. Our room was spacious and immaculate with plenty of light and a comfortable bed which helped us rest well for our jam packed days. The breakfast buffets were also fabulous, offering a plethora of offerings to please one seeking epicurean delights. We were always eager to come down for breakfast each morning, knowing we would be well fueled by a hearty morning meal. The morning servers always greeted us with a smile with Delfina's presence always uplifting and happy to assist. We will definitely return to Florence, and when, we do, Cerretani is top on our list. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

The personal was very helpful and really friendly. We asked for recommendations for a restaurant the called directly to the restaurant for a reservation. Even when it was fully booked they still managed to get us a table. We asked if there was a possibility if we could get a more quieter room, and this was not a problem at all. The rooms where clean and more then enough space. The interior is modern and has a welcoming feeling. We enjoyed our stay very much! Also the breakfast had good variation. Everything was fresh!

The location of the hotel is great; it is situated between the train station and the Duomo. The breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. I stayed in November when the weather was cold, but the room was warm, which was wonderful. The bathroom was excellent, featuring hot water and a hairdryer. After checkout, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours..

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Florence Duomo. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and with many amenities. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, always available to make sure every detail was perfect. Great breakfast. Definitely recommended, and I hope to come back one day.
